BREAKFASTS

Croissants, enseimadas or brioches very to tier to us, soft, outside flavorful on the inside, integral rolls just facts for those who enjoy to take care of themselves... can offer delicious complete breakfasts with our products: Toasted with butter or olive oil, for a Spanish breakfast, croissant or brioche with butter and jam, for one French, fleas and minichapatas with cheese, cold cuts, and butter for a Continental breakfast. MEALS and SUPPERS

Easy and quickly delicious meals and suppers with our products can be prepared, only with a little imagination and without more means than a small furnace of conclusion. With ours bocapizzas, empanadillas or farmers a simple salad can be prepared a complete plate. With fleas and chapatitas, the more appetizing assortment of thorns can be composed, with salmon, fresh cheese and anchovies, tomato and jamón tuna and mayonnaise... We also propose other elaborations that can be prepared in advance and be finalized in few minutes at the moment of the consumption:

  • Rusk of spinach and salmon: 4 bocatines or 2 baguettinas COBOPA, 200g. of cheese in rasher, pepper, 150g. of smoky salmon. Once cooked the spinach, to slip and to skip with a little butter, to add the cream, you leave and to special to the pleasure. To divide rolls longitudinally defrosted. To place on each half one rasher of cheese, to reparatir the spinach and to bake to 200ºC about 6 minutes. To adorn with salmon strips.
  • Majorcans: 4 bocatines or 2 baguettinas COBOPA, 100 grated cheese g, 200g. of sobrasada, 1 onion cut in fine hoops. Preparation: To open rolls. To mix the ingredients of the filling with a possesor, to distribute it in open rolls to decorate with the hoops of onion and to bake to 200ºC until it takes the wished color.
  • Croissant of mushroom: 4 cooked croissants COBOPA, 200g of mushrooms in rasher, 1/4 l.s of white sauce, moscada nut, dust pepper, onion, 100g of grated cheese. Preparation: to saute mushroom with butter, to add the white sauce, and to mix. To open croissants and to arrange in a furnace tray. To distribute the white sauce in croissants open, to cover them, to stain with white sauce, to dust with grated cheese and to bake to 190ºC about a 4-5 minutes.
  • Vegetable: 4 cooked brioches COBOPA, escarole and lettuce in Julian, 2 hard eggs, 2 fine tomatoes in small wheels, 4 rasher of cheese, mayonnaise. Preparation: To open brioches in sandwich and to arrange on each one the escarole and the lettuce, small wheels of tomato and egg, one rasher of cheese and the mayonnaise. To cover and to serve.
 



BETWEEN HOURS
