Production
COBOPA elaborates all their products following outposts technologies of production applied to the traditional processes of baking and baker's shop. We have studied and optimized our formulations and processes, adapting ours of always to the present productive methods. The production area tells on modern and safe facilities that they guarantee the regularity of sizes, weights and qualities, as well as the greater hygiene. We grant great importance to the artisan stages that form the identity of many of our products, for that reason we trusted them at the trained hands of our more qualified personnel.
